Saracens have extended the contracts of director of rugby Mark McCall and his coaching team until 2014.

Brendan Venter, McCall's predecessor, will continue as technical director, a role he has held since returning to his native South Africa in January.

"We have stability within our coaching and playing staff," chairman Nigel Wray told the club website.

"And they work fantastically hard for each other, which makes me so excited about the future."

Wray continued: "Not only do we have a talented group of coaches, they are also an exceptional group of people and that is just as important."

McCall led Saracens to the Premiership title after taking over from Venter midway through last season.

McCall is assisted by first team coach Andy Farrell, defence and forwards coach Paul Gustard, forwards coach Alex Sanderson and kicking coach Dan Vickers.
