Leicester director of rugby Richard Cockerill is trying to stay positive despite an injury to Thomas Waldrom adding to his problems.
Tigers are missing 11 players because of the World Cup and also have a lengthy injury list which includes Craig Newby and Jordan Crane.
Forward Waldrom became the latest victim, suffering a groin injury in Saturday's defeat by Exeter.
Cockerill told BBC Radio Leicester: "It is not ideal but we'll get on with it."
He added: "Tommy went off with a sore groin and we will see how that is. Someone else will get an opportunity and we move on.
"We can only control what we can control. Whoever is fit we will prepare as well as we can."
