Jersey head coach Ben Harvey believes his players are beginning to get to grips with life in National League One.

Jersey beat Rosslyn Park 24-9 last weekend, their third win of the season after winning promotion last year.

Harvey said: "It's a very tough league, there's some very good players on show and it's been terrific to see our lads step up.

"The lads are now finding their feet in the top leagues of English rugby which is fantastic."

Full-back Michael Le Bourgeois scored 19 of Jersey's points in their win at Rosslyn Park, contributing a try alongside four penalties.

Le Bourgeois said: "I'm trying to be more of a leader now, trying to get the other players to keep upbeat and keep morale pretty high."

Jersey are back in action on Saturday with an away fixture at Cinderford.
