Guernsey skipper Blair Campbell says they still have to address some mental issues in their game, despite recording their first win for three weeks.

The island side beat Haywards Heath 17-13 to stay fifth in the London One South table.

"We know we're there or thereabouts, it's few a mental things we've got to sort out," Campbell told BBC Guernsey.

"Physically we're fine, it's a mental issue we've got to address and I think we'll be fine if we sort that."

Campbell was delighted that his side won after two narrow defeats in their last two games.

"We put ourselves in a position in the last couple of weeks to win and we've come up short," he added.

"But this time round we were defending the lead, the boys dug deep and it was good to get away with the result."
