Chris Stirling expects Cornish Pirates backs to improve

Cornish Pirates boss Chris Stirling says his backs still have plenty of room for improvement.
Leaders Pirates are unbeaten in the Championship this season and their backs have scored 13 tries.
"In the backs I still think there's a lot of work to do," Stirling told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"The potential is there and we're showing glimpses of it but when we do hit our straps we're going to rip a team to pieces."
But Stirling is happy with how his pack are performing.
"I think probably our front eight game and our forward game is really strong at the moment," he said.
"It can get a lot better, it's nowhere near where it needs to be if we're going to push forward."
