Guernsey captain Blair Campbell has criticised his side's defence as they beat Cobham 33-25 in London South One.

The island side conceded four tries and had to rely on 18 points from the boot of Luke Jones to get the win.

Campbell scored a try for Guernsey while Richard Le Cocq crossed the line twice for the Green and Whites.

"We let them in a few times and our defence wasn't up to a high enough standard if we're going to compete for the league," he told BBC Guernsey.

"I guess they will be one of the sides that should be relegated and we let them score 25 points so that wasn't good enough.

"If the bounce of the ball had gone their way we could have lost," he added.
