Jersey coach Ben Harvey has called on full-back Glenn Bryce to have more belief in himself.
The 20-year-old scored two tries in Jersey's 45-5 demolition of Wharfedale on Saturday and has started all six of the island side's matches this season.
"He just needs to believe in himself and when he does he's a terrific player," Harvey told BBC Radio Jersey.
The Scotland Under-20 international joined Jersey in August from Scottish side Heriots.
"He's been playing well all season," Harvey said of the Under-20 World Cup player.
"He's only a young kid, he's 20 years of age, he's miles away from home, it's the first time he's moved away from Scotland."
