Plymouth Albion's Ruairi Cushion has hailed his side's defence after they held on to beat London Scottish 29-25 in the Championship.
Steve Johns' try in the ninth minute of stoppage time sealed the win.
"To come out holding the ball for nine minutes into injury time and to have the pressure we did and get the win [makes me] really proud of the guys," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"They didn't give up at all," the scrum-half added.
Cushion is captaining the side in place of the injured Sean-Michael Stephen, and said he was also impressed with the pride his teammates showed.
"It's something we're trying to instil in the team this year, pride in the jersey, and that really showed today," he said.
