Esher will be a threat to Cornish Pirates - Chris Stirling
Cornish Pirates boss Chris Stirling says his side must not underestimate Esher on Sunday at the Mennaye.
Esher have lost all their matches in the Championship this season and have yet to earn a single point.
"If you really look into the detail of the games and you watch the games, as we have, as they've have had players back they've grown in confidence and stature," Stirling told BBC Cornwall.
"They could easily have won their last three games."
He added: "It's going to turn around and we've got to make sure it doesn't turn around against us.
"If we give them any sniff or any latitude or let them get any momentum then they are easily capable of coming away with the Championship points."
The Pirates are without the injured Wes Davies, so Rob Cook goes back to full-back following the return of fly-half Ceiron Thomas from injury.
James Doherty replaces Gavin Cattle at scrum-half and will captain the side while Ben Maidment and Mike Myerscough come into the pack as new signing Andrew Suniula begins his Pirates career on the bench.
