Full-back Olly Morgan has signed a new three-year deal to keep him at Gloucester until the summer of 2015.

Morgan, who turned 26 last week, signed his first professional deal with the Premiership side in 2004 and has since scored 27 tries in 124 appearances.

"It didn't take too long to make the decision," he told BBC Gloucestershire.

"I've been here eight seasons now, I would definitely class it as my home and there's no better place to play your rugby."

He continued: "I see Gloucester as my family and it's where I see my long-term future, which is why I've signed for three years."

Morgan, who has been capped twice by England, joins Charlie Sharples,Will James, Jim Hamilton and Henry Trinder in committing his future to the Kingsholm outfit.

"With these new guys that are coming through, who have proved themselves in the Premiership, to get them nailed down is very important," he added.

"I hate to say it but at 26 years old people say that I'm a veteran of this club. Hopefully I've got a few more years left in me."
