The Rugby Football Union has dropped charges against Gloucester front-rowers Darren Dawidiuk and Nick Wood and Saracens centre Owen Farrell.
The trio were cited for dangerous tackles during Saracens' 19-17 Premiership win on 29 October.
But Dawidiuk and Wood have been cleared for their challenges on Brad Barritt and Farrell respectively.
And the RFU's disciplinary panel deemed there to be no foul play in Farrell's tackle on Henry Trinder.
The Gloucester pair's charges have been dismissed because their citings were handed down before the necessary consultation with the match officials had taken place.
However, both players were handed a warning from the disciplinary panel.
