Exeter ran in 10 tries as they cruised to a crushing 68-0 European Challenge Cup Pool 4 win over Italian minnows Cavalieri Prato at Sandy Park.
Winger Josh Tatupu and flanker James Phillips both ran in two tries.
Ben White, Mark Foster and Chris Bentley also crossed, as did young full-back Jack Nowell in only his second appearance for the club.
The Chiefs were also also awarded two penalty tries in a one-sided contest that brought 34 points in each half.
Coach Rob Baxter made 13 changes to the side narrowly beaten 15-12 in their cup opener in Perpignan last week, bringing in two academy youngsters, Nowell and debutant prop Luke Cowan-Dickie, who made an impressive first appearance from the bench.
The Italians, who went down 33-3 at home to Newport Gwent Dragons in their opening fixture last weekend, have now shipped 101 points in their first two games.
Exeter's victory comfortably surpassed last season's 36-10 home win over Newcastle as their biggest European victory.
POST-MATCH REACTION
Exeter Chiefs assistant coach Ali Hepher told BBC Radio Devon:
"It's not easy when you're playing against Italian opposition, they're tough, tough guys and we stuck to our task really well and came through with a good win.
"To come away with a bonus point was important.
"The way the guys stuck to their task and stay strong on their standards was a key point for us."
