Jersey clinched a last-gasp bonus point with three late tries in a 26-8 win against Tynedale.
Guy Thompson, Charlie Clyde-Smith and Jim Brownrigg all scored for the islanders in the closing minutes.
National League One top scorer Michael Le Bourgeois had earlier touched down to set Jersey on their way to a seventh consecutive victory.
Centre Hamish Smales scored Tynedale's only try of the afternoon, but they have now lost three in a row.
Jersey head coach Ben Harvey said: "We were one or two mistakes away from losing it.
"We were defending well. We needed to keep the ball for longer periods and when we did that later on in the game we finished off some nice tries."
The island side move up a place to fourth in National One, 10 points behind leaders Ealing who suffered only their second defeat of the season. Tynedale stay in 10th spot.
