England Under-20s flanker Matt Everard has signed a two-year deal with Wasps to the end of the 2013/14 season.
The 20-year-old has impressed since signing a season-long deal in the summer from Leicester.
He said: "I've learned so much in my first few months with the club and I'm enjoying getting a run in the team.
"You only have to look at the impact players like Christian Wade and Joe Launchbury are making to see that we've got the basis for a good future."
Wasps director of rugby Dai Young added: "Matt is a young player with a fantastic attitude and he's worked really hard in his first few months with the club.
"He's learning all the time from the more experienced guys around him and I have no doubt he'll continue to improve."
