BBC Cymru Wales seek your Shane Williams photos & videos

Shane Williams lap of honour with children at last international game
One for the Williams' album - but do you have any pictures or video to share of you or your family with Shane?

Following Shane Williams' emotional farewell to international rugby, BBC Cymru Wales sport is producing a special documentary celebrating the Wales' winger's career and they are looking for help from Wales rugby fans in gathering material.

Scrum V's gallery of professional pictures charting Wales' record try-scorer's career is online - and now the film-makers would like to include fans' picture and video memories in the programme to be broadcast ahead of the 2012 Six Nations tournament.

"One of the themes of the programme will be how Shane became one of the most respected and loved players in Wales," said producer Craig Withycombe.

"And to illustrate this, BBC Cymru Wales Sport is looking for any photos and videos that members of the public may have of Shane to use in the programme."

The programme will feature interviews from key people involved in Williams' career plus a chance to re-live some of his finest moments.

There is no fee available for use of the material, and not all submissions can be used, but the production team promise that all clips and photos will be carefully looked after and returned to the owners following the broadcast of the programme. All material offered for the documentary needs to be submitted by Tuesday, January 10, 2012.
