Jersey's Le Bourgeois and Bishop may face Rosslyn Park
Jersey full-back Michael le Bourgeois and centre Dai Bishop could play in the island's top-of-the-table clash in National One against Rosslyn Park.
The duo were both forced out of Saturday's 24-16 win over Ealing with hamstring injuries early in the game.
Nine-try Le Bourgeois is National One's top scorer with 260 points.
"The early signs are that they weren't as bad as first feared and they aren't definitely out of the Rosslyn Park game," said a club spokesman.
Jersey have struggled with injuries of late, with captain Paul Rodgers and prop Jon Brennan both out for the season with knee injuries while fellow front row James Ellershaw is .
Le Bourgeois was forced off after just two minutes of the clash at Ealing while Bishop came off after 15 minutes.
Ross Broadfoot kicked nine points in the 19-year-old Jerseyman's absence as the island side consolidated second place.
Jersey will go top of National One if they beat Rosslyn Park at St Peter on Saturday.
"It's a freak because we've not had many hamstring injuries all season," said director of rugby Ben Harvey after the game.
"It's a bit unfortunate, but we'll look at them during the week and the medical staff are fantastic."
