Plymouth Albion hooker Gareth Evans has been banned for two weeks after getting two yellow cards in a match.
The 29-year-old hooker was sent off in Albion's Championship clash with South West rivals Cornish Pirates on Christmas Eve.
Evans will be available for Albion once again on 31 January and was ordered to pay £80 in costs.
Pirates hooker Paul Andrew also got a two-week ban after being found guilty of hair-pulling in the same match.
