Glenn Delaney backs Nottingham youngsters for B & I Cup

Nottingham director of rugby Glenn Delaney says the club's development players have earned the right to play in the rest of the British & Irish Cup.
The Green & Whites travel to Cornish Pirates for Sunday's quarter-final.
But Delaney told BBC Radio Nottingham he will resist recalling his senior players for the knockout stages.
"You always have the temptation but it shows a bit of disrespect," he said. "We had a policy that if the group continued to perform, we'd back them."
Nottingham are seventh in the Championship table and, barring a disastrous run, seem certain to qualify for the end-of-season play-offs.
And Delaney is mindful of keeping his squad as fresh as possible and avoiding losing key men to injury in the run-in to the regular season.
He added: "This not the main compoetition for us this year and the reality is that this group got to this stage and I feel it is the right thing to do to let them carry on."
