Prop Ed Kalman has extended his contract with Glasgow Warriors until the summer of 2014.
The 29-year-old, who made his Scotland debut as a substitute in Sunday's defeat by Wales, joined the Warriors in 2007 from the disbanded Border Reivers.
"There's a fantastic environment at the Warriors, a really positive team spirit and willingness to work hard for one another," said Kalman.
Coach Sean Lineen added: "Ed has been in the form of his life this season."
Kalman featured in Scotland A's 35-0 victory against England Saxons earlier this month and was drafted into the senior squad for the trip to Wales, replacing Geoff Cross in the second half.
"It's been an enjoyable season so far, both on a personal and a team level, and there's plenty to look forward to in terms of the challenges coming up in the next few months," he said.
