Plymouth Albion boss Nat Saumi targets top eight finish

Plymouth Albion head coach Nat Saumi says his goal is a top-eight finish for the forthcoming Championship season.
Albion have battled relegation for the past few seasons and last year faced serious financial problems.
Saumi took over the side in January after director of rugby Pete Drewett left the club.
"My goal for this season is just to try and finish in the top eight, that's all my target is that I'm working on this season," Saumi told BBC South West.
The Fijian is in charge of his first pre-season at the Brickfields as he looks to rebuild a side that has seen many of its experienced players leave the club.
But Saumi says he will bring in new training and playing methods which he hopes will have a good impact on the club.
"It's a challenge, but for me it's something new and I'm looking forward to it.
"I know what I've done in the past and now I've got some new stuff coming in, some new inventions, and I want to proceed with it with the team.
"Everything is new and sometimes it's very difficult to change, but with me in control I think it's time to try out new things and hopefully we'll end up with a positive result."
Albion have brought in a number of new players including former Cornish Pirates winger Rhodri McAtee and a host of dual-registered Exeter Chiefs youngsters.
But Saumi says he expects to bring in few more permanent additions to his side.
"We still need more players to come in.
"Some of the guys will play in pre-season friendlies where they'll be on trial and I think before the end of August I should be done with my squad ready for the season."
