Guernsey lost their second successive away game after going down 19-12 to National Three London leaders Barnes at Footes Lane.
The defeat sees Guernsey drop a place to fifth in the table as Barnes became the only side in the league to have won all five matches this season.
The hosts had led 12-0 at half time but tries for Gareth Williams-Davis, Simon Givens and Chris Dunlop sealed the win.
Guernsey travel to sixth-placed Tonbridge Juddian next week.
