@413: Joelyons I have to disagree with you there. Ireland are a good side, but only managed 3 offloads last weekend. I think Englands better defense will keep them out. And with England off loading 19 times last weekend, they will be hard to stop. Zebo's defense will be tested, and I imagine any rush/blitz defense exploited.
oops that was supposed to be 26-20, doh!
@412ireland all the way, D'Arcy is fit and rearin to tackle everything wearin white!no doubt that this game will go along way in determining who wins the 6 nations, will the winner get a GS...hmmm not so sureIreland 26 England 10 this is going to the wire!
Or is Hartley, Vunipola, Marler, Lawes, Vunipola, Care, Flood, Tuilagi a better option? It's either B Vunipola or Waldrom as back row cover, I would go for the former. Then it's Flood or Strettle.....do you trust Tuilagi as potential wing cover, or Goode as potential 10 cover?
This could be THE game of the tournament. Not saying that as I think it will decide the winner, but these two teams are so evenly matched and both playing some very good Rugby it will be great!I think England will edge it.Not sure what the bench will be though: Hartley, Vunipola, Marler, Lawes, Vunipola, Care, Tuilagi, Strettle?
Would love it if we stuffed the Irish on sunday, but not in the least bit confident!Great to see a couple of wigan boys in starting line-up at mo.Come on England, give us another beltin performance.
Dont think any will win, it will be a draw!
can't believe the arguments on here among england fanstuilagi has to start! who partners him should be the only question. for a game of this size, barrett is the obvious choice.brown at full back is a no brainer as he is englands only international standard full backashton on wing, anybody but strettle on the other. .as an irish fan i hope SL disagrees with me and leaves MT out
We need Barritt to keep the defensive shape and look after BOD. Brown at fullback - where he belongs - and Strettle on the wing. Manu can come on after 36 has seen what playing against a top class, legendary centre is like for an hour. He may surprise a few people even though he is an international rookie?Get well soon Ben! We need you. COME ON ENGLAND!!
@CherryTree: Probably the best ever post match comment and a proud day for Pullen and the boys.
os99I wouldn't bet on that unless you like losing. It will be close enough.
Ireland will run riot regardless of the centre partnership
397 joelyonsYou don't give much away. Do you? Anne Doyle?!!! It has to be worth at least three Weather Girls who are 35 years her junior!
Wow - if the BBC doesn't shut down this feed this thread is going to go Epic by 4 pm tomorrow. If anyone can put his hand on his heart and be really be 100% certain what the result will be - then we might just be writing ITALY on the 6N trophy too!
@RobRugby - you're an embarrassment buddy. Stop it. Just stop it.
