But despite Campbell's absence, head coach Jordan Reynolds says he is still confident that he will have a decent side to choose from.
"The squad is looking quite strong and I've got a lot of guys to pick from this week which is great," he said.
And Reynolds told BBC Guernsey that his squad are keen to take on a side that have become one of the island side's biggest rivals: "I think the fact that we're playing Old Elthamians is a big incentive for a lot of guys.
"There seems to be quite a rivalry there and a lot of the players want to be available for the game.
"Hopefully we can get things right on the day and pick up four points, but OEs are a very talented side so we've got to be very careful of how we conduct ourselves on the day."
