Bath centre Ben Mosses has agreed to join Bristol on a permanent deal.

The 21-year-old has been dual-registered with the Championship club for the past two seasons and has played 16 games this term.

Mosses came through the academy system at the Rec and made one first-team appearance for the Premiership outfit.

"I've been on loan here all season and haven't been back to Bath so my mind has been focused on this club," he told BBC Radio Bristol.

"I regard myself as a Bristol player this year and I'm looking forward to the next two years here."

Mosses becomes the ninth new signing to commit to Bristol for next season, and all the new arrivals have experience in the top tier.

"The signings they've brought in are of a Premiership standard and you can see where the club is looking to be in the future," Mosses added.

"We're striving for perfection and we want to get promoted."

Joining Mosses at the Memorial Stadium next year are James Hall (Newcastle), Ben Skirving (Bath), Charlie Amesbury (Sale), Nicky Robinson (Wasps), Peter Buxton (Gloucester), Andy Short (Worcester), Errie Claassens (Worcester) and Mark Sorenson (Northampton).
