Cornish Pirates 10-3 Plymouth Albion
Cornish Pirates got the better of Plymouth Albion in a low scoring Cornwall-Devon derby at Mennaye Field.
Albion went ahead early through a Dan Mugford penalty before home prop Jack Andrew scored the game's only try on 17 minutes, converted by Craig Holland.
It was 7-3 at half-time and after the restart, Albion survived 10 minutes with Lloyd Fairbrother in the sin bin.
It remained tight until stoppage time when Pirates replacement Angus Sinclair secured victory with a penalty.
The result means Plymouth have now failed to beat their South West rivals for seven years, dating back to December 2006.
