Australia ran in five tries as they beat France 39-13 in Sydney to complete a 3-0 series victory.
Israel Folau scored two tries, with debutant Will Skelton, Michael Hooper and Nick Phipps also crossing the line.
Bernard Foley kicked 14 points as the Wallabies, who led 20-6 at half-time, recorded a seventh straight Test win.
Guilhem Guirado scored a consolation try for France, converted by Maxime Machenaud, who also kicked one penalty, with Brice Dulin adding another.
Australia coach Ewen McKenzie said: "To get three wins in a row is the best possible thing we can do in terms of taking confidence forward."
