Exeter Chiefs: Ali Hepher expects improvement despite huge win

Exeter Chiefs backs coach Ali Hepher says there is still plenty of room for improvement from his side despite their 52-0 mauling of London Welsh on Sunday.
Debutant Thomas Waldrom scored two tries as Welsh were overpowered on their return to the Premiership.
"There are still things to work on but we are pleased with the win.
"It is always a tough ask to come up against a team that has just been promoted," 39-year-old Hepher told BBC Radio Devon
"We got some decision wrong but we also got a lot right.
"When they got past the contact they had support players there and also they were able to offload, which is absolutely crucial at the top level.
"There are still things to improve, we left a few tackles out there in the first half and at the end, but overall we have to very chuffed."
The Chiefs next face Leicester, who began their season with a 36-17 victory over Newcastle.
And Hepher admitted that even if his table-topping side raise their game, it still might not be enough to save them from defeat.
"We know the challenge coming, Leicester are a team of internationals," he said.
"They are formidable opposition, but we will keep to the basics. We will definitely be better, but we are going to have to put in a hell of a performance to get anything out of it."
