Canada wing Jeff Hassler has signed a new three-year deal with the Ospreys keeping him at the Liberty Stadium until 2017.
The 23-year-old follows fellow countryman Tyler Ardron who penned his own Ospreys three-year deal last week.
Hassler finished the 2013-2014 season as the region's joint top try scorer.
"I hope to build on what I did last season. If I can keep on learning and improving with every game, that's the main thing," he said.
"I've been speaking with the coaches for a bit now, so to get it finally done and dusted feels pretty good.
"I can start to focus on the future now. After last year it's nice that they recognised that I'm a big part of the team and want to keep me around for a couple more years."
Hassler, who has won nine Canada caps, made such an impression last season he was selected by his peers in the Pro12 Dream Team for 2013-2014.
And the Alberta-born Hassler has already crossed for three tries in four appearances this season which has helped the Ospreys to the top of the Guinness Pro12 table with a 100% record.
Andrew Millward, the region's rugby general manager, said: "This is great news. We have been thrilled by Jeff's progress since he started with us in the pro game.
"He does deserves great credit for his 'coachability' and ability to learn and adapt. We know he won't rest on his laurels."
Along with Hassler, 17 other players have signed new contracts at the Ospreys during 2014. They include captain Alun Wyn Jones, Sam Lewis, Eli Walker and Dan Baker.
