Plymouth Albion chairman Graham Stirling says hosting another England Under-20s game will be "fabulous".
Albion will stage the Six Nations fixture against Italy next February, almost two years after
"To be able to attract an England game of any standing is just fabulous," Stirling told BBC Sport.
"It was a real success last time and there is an appetite for international football in the region."
England were second to France in the Six Nations earlier this year, but went on to
"In Rugby World Cup year, when the hype and momentum is really going to build, it's just great to get something early on in the year down in this neck of the woods is just great.
"Having experienced it once in February 2013, it was a memorable night and a very successful night.
"So the opportunity to stage a second England Under 20s game is great for the region and for the profile for the club."
