Worcester Warriors fly-half Ryan Lamb is set to return from a lengthy injury against Bedford Blues on Friday.
The 28-year-old had surgery on a neck injury in September and last played competitively for Warriors on 10 May.
Director of Rugby Dean Ryan told the club website: "It's great to have Lamby back, because he's different.
"He played a huge part in changing how we played at the end of last year. He's going to put competition in there and allow us to play in different ways."
Worcester currently lie second in the Championship table, with 20 points from their first five games.
