Jersey prop Myles Landick hopes he will continue to be in head coach Harvey Biljon's plans after returning from long-term injury.

The 25-year-old Jerseyman came on in the in the British and Irish Cup, after 20 months out with a knee problem.

"Being out for so long, I'm pleased to be back," he told BBC Radio Jersey.

"I want to keep playing rugby at the highest level I can do and it's great that I'm getting the opportunity."

Landick's last appearance for Jersey was in April 2013.

Landick has been playing for the second-string Jersey Athletic side to build up his fitness.

"To get a run of games under my belt, whether it's for the first team or Athletic - even Athletic standard is still a decent standard to work your way back in from injury - that's served me well to get me here," Landick added.
