Jersey forwards coach Steve Boden has signed a new contract to stay at the club until the summer of 2017
Boden in 2012 and six months later.
He took charge of the team last year after as head coach.
"We've worked hard over the last 12 months and he's definitely developing as a coach," director of rugby Harvey Biljon told BBC Radio Jersey.
"He's someone who will continue to develop, importantly for him he's bought into our plans over the next few years and he again also wants to be part of that.
"Steve's not just going to be primarily a forwards coach, he's going to be an assistant coach because I think we overlap and compliment each other."
However, Jersey will need a new strength and conditioning coach for the 2015 season after Jake Aliker left the club for a role with the Toro Ross Formula One team.
Aliker will be the personal trainer of Max Verstappen, who will become the at just 17 years old.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for me and one that I couldn't turn down.
"But it was a difficult decision - I've become very attached to Jersey over the past two-and-a-half years," Aliker said.
"I was very lucky to get the chance to come here straight after finishing my internship in London, and it's been a great experience for me to work with the Jersey squad at the start of the club's time in the Championship."
