Gloucester prop Dan Murphy and academy winger Bill Meakes have signed new deals with the Premiership side.
Murphy, 28, has scored seven tries in 79 appearances for the club, having joined from London Irish in 2011.
Australian Meakes, who turns 24 next month, earns his first professional contract following his move to Kingsholm from Clifton Rugby last year.
"Retaining key players in our current squad is as important as getting new ones in," said boss David Humphreys.
"Both have a great work-rate and are driven and motivated to be successful. We need players who are going to drive themselves and drive the squad."
Seven senior players, including England duo Jonny May and Ben Morgan, have already committed to new deals at Gloucester, while Tom Marshall and Jeremy Thrush will arrive from Super Rugby in the summer.
