England must use the positive vibe in the squad to their advantage after last Friday's 21-16 Six Nations win over Wales, says backs coach Andy Farrell.
England face Italy at Twickenham on Saturday having not lost to them in 20 matches, dating back to 1991.
Farrell said: "There's a feelgood factor around the rugby country and we have to back up that performance by making everyone feel the same again."
England have named an unchanged side for the Italy game.
Success against Italy will set up something of a showdown against Ireland in Dublin on 1 March and Farrell has urged England to continue building momentum in their pursuit of the Six Nations title.
Six Nations champions Ireland beat Italy 26-3 in their tournament opener in Rome last Saturday.
Farrell added: "In the Six Nations you have to make sure that mentally and emotionally you're in the right place to put your plan into action on the field.
"That's important against Italy as well because let's not forget that it was a cup final for everyone last weekend. To win a Championship you have five of those cup finals.
"Earlier in the week we showed the players what they did well against Wales and what they didn't do well.
"Mentally we brought them down a bit and then built them back up. Hopefully against Italy we'll be at that cup final stage again."
Farrell guards against complacency and points to a tense 18-11 win over Italy two years ago where all England's points were scored by Tony Flood's boot.
He said: "They will try to put us under pressure like they have done on two of the last three occasions.
"We would love to put 30 to 50 points on everyone. It's not the reality of international rugby. You have to deal with the moments as they arise."
