Harlequins have signed back-row forward Netani Talei on a deal until the end of the season.
The Fiji international has been with Quins on a short-term deal and has featured in their last three games.
Talei, 31, was a free agent after leaving Newport Gwent Dragons in October following a foot injury.
"With international call-ups and the squad stretched, Netani has come in and made an instant impression," Quins director of rugby Conor O'Shea said.
Talei, who has previously had spells with Worcester and Edinburgh, came on as a replacement in the south-west London club's recent Premiership defeats to Wasps and Exeter.
"Netani is vastly experienced and explosive," O'Shea added. "We are delighted we have been able to extend his stay until the end of the season at the very least."
Talei has scored four tires in 28 Test appearances for Fiji.
