Cardiff Blues centre Cory Allen is a doubt for their European Challenge Cup quarter-final at Newport Gwent Dragons on 4 April after dislocating a shoulder.
Allen suffered the injury in their 36-17 Pro12 defeat by Ulster in Belfast.
Full-back Rhys Patchell is also a potential doubt following a head knock on Friday that led to Ulster's Nick Williams being sin-binned.
Allen, 22, has won two Wales caps, as has 21-year-old Patchell.
Patchell spent the night in hospital but Cardiff Blues confirmed he will travel back to Wales on Saturday afternoon.
