Cardiff Blues' Argentine utility back Joaquin Tuculet will return to his homeland at the end of the season.
Tuculet will join the new Buenos Aires-based Super Rugby franchise.
The 25-year-old had spells at Sale Sharks, Grenoble and Bordeaux-Begles before joining Blues in November 2014.
He the told Blues' website: "I now have three matches left with Cardiff Blues and would like to thank the fans for the support and hope that we can have a great end to the season."
Tuculet has made 20 appearances for Argentina, six of which have been in the Rugby Championship, which also involves New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
He added: "After the experience of playing in the Rugby Championship, and seeing the level of play of those selected from the southern hemisphere, what better place to play than in the Super Rugby and also continue the development of our country?"
A Tokyo-based team and a sixth South African franchise will also join Super Rugby from 2016, taking the number of teams from 15 to 18.
New Zealand and Australia will continue to field five teams each in the competition.
