Jersey have signed four players for next season, including a loan deal for England Under-20 wing Tom Howe.
Nineteen-year-old Howe will join from Wasps, where he has experience in the Premiership and LV Cup.
Flanker James Freeman, 24, utility back Brendan Cope, 21, and centre Mark Cooke, 22, will also be arriving.
"Tom is a young player of immense promise and it's great we've been able to bring him to Jersey," Head coach Harvey Biljon said.
"It's great we've been able to finalise an arrangement with Wasps - I'm optimistic this will be of benefit to all parties."
Howe made his England Under-20 debut in this season's Six Nations and has agreed a contract extension with the Premiership side.
The latest wave of signings mean nine new arrivals have now been confirmed by the Island side as Biljon prepares for the club's fourth season in the Championship.
Back-rower Freeman has captained Loughborough Students for the past two seasons, while Cope will move to Jersey from South Africa where he has played in the country's premier club competition.
Bristol's Cooke has been on a dual-registration deal this season at Rotherham, making his debut for the Titans in the home fixture against Jersey.
"I'm very pleased to have secured the services of James, Brendon and Mark for our squad next season," Biljon added.
"They are players with impressive rugby pedigrees who have the potential to become established as we move into next season."
Jersey complete their Championship campaign at home to Moseley and could yet finish above the Cornish Pirates in the Championship.
