Jersey have completed their squad for the 2015-16 season by signing hooker Russell Anderson and centre Rhys Owen.
Anderson, 21, is a Scotland youth international who was part of Sale's 'A' League side last season, as well as having a spell in National One with Darlington Mowden Park.
Owen, 22, has spent the past three years with Loughborough Students.
The former Worcester youngster scored 14 tries in over 60 appearances in National One for Loughborough.
