Hello pingping I see you stopped posting at 21.00 I wonder why.
@ 229, You're going back 10 years ! Go back about 10 weeks, New Zealand played Samoa away from home [the games you list against Fiji were all home games]. the Samoans came within 9 points of the mighty All Blacks, one would say that today Fiji are at least as good as Samoa. Note, the All Blacks lost to France in Cardiff, to Australia in Hong Kong, the are not quite so invincible away from home.

At last, a few weeks where we don't have non stop Chavball and it's ludicrous fan-boys dominating the back pages. My money is on NZ but good luck to all the home nations and with a bit of luck one of them will get to the final where in a one off game anything can happen.
notafrog, just for your info the british invented american football a long time after rugby.it wasn't called american football at the time. it took some time and some american bastardisation of our language for it to develop along those lines. we invented baseball too.
Got an email through today saying how there are still tickets available for certain games. Pretty much every game in the Millenium stadium had plenty of tickets left for them.Shows the fallacy of having games played there. Not just the advantage this gives to Wales over the 'smaller countries', but now sides will have the ignominy of playing in a half empty stadium. Very poor show.
@202 American football might not be quite so 'new' as you think. The histories of the two sports are on line for anyone to find easily.
