Uruguay have named a match squad made up entirely of World Cup debutants for their Pool A opener against Wales.
Lock Santiago Vilaseca leads a team with no full-time professionals against the 2011 semi-finalists on Sunday.
Hooker Carlos Arboleya is Uruguay's most-capped player with 51 appearances.
Scrum-half Agustin Ormaechea (Stade Montois), fly-half Felipe Berchesi (Carcassone) and prop Mario Sagario (Massy) play in France and full-back Gaston Mieres for Italy's Valpolicella.
Uruguay coach Pablo Lemoine has described a pool that also includes Australia, Fiji and hosts England as a "group of hope".
Lemoine played in both Uruguay's previous tournament campaigns - 1999 and 2003.
They took the final place at the 2015 event by beating Russia 57-49 on aggregate in a two-Test play-off.
Wales have rested first choices George North, Jamie Roberts, Dan Biggar, Gethin Jenkins and Alun Wyn Jones while selecting two open-sides in captain Sam Warburton and Justin Tipuric to start in their back-row.
