Scotland head coach Vern Cotter has made 10 changes to his side to face the United States in the second game of their World Cup campaign.
But the New Zealander has stressed continuity by promoting the entire bench from the 45-10 win over Japan.
Only Tim Visser, who is on the wing, and back-row Alasdair Strokosch did not feature at all at Kingsholm.
Scrum-half Henry Pyrgos is captain, while lock Tim Swinson and fly-half Duncan Weir are new faces on the bench.
