Exeter Chiefs captain Jack Yeandle has signed a new contract which will keep him at Sandy Park until 2018.
The 25-year-old hooker's previous deal ran out next summer, but has been extended by a further two years.
"The new deal was a very easy decision. This is home for me, it means a lot to play here and it is a great club to be at," Yeandle told the club website.
"It's always niggling away when your contract is up, so now it's another thing I don't have to worry about."
Yeandle was named as club captain of the Premiership side last week, replacing Dean Mumm, who has returned to his native Australia.
Exeter start their campaign at last season's runners-up Bath on Saturday.
