Premiership side Worcester Warriors have signed Georgia international hooker Jaba Bregvadze.
The 27-year-old, who has won 32 caps, played in three pool games at the World Cup and is available for Warriors' match against Gloucester on Saturday.
Bregvadze has spent the last three seasons playing in France's Top 14 for Toulouse, helping them to finish in the top four in the last three years.
"Both myself and my family are very excited about the move," he said.
"I'm keen to test and prove myself in the Premiership."
Warriors' director of rugby Dean Ryan added: "Jaba is an experienced international who will add strength and depth to our front row.
"We've been really impressed by his performances at the World Cup and are excited to be able add him to our squad.
"He will add more competition for the number two shirt while being able to drive standards of some of our younger players in what is a key area."
Bregvadze will help to fill the gap left by Argentina captain Agustin Creevy's departure at the end of last season.
Worcester started the season with a 13-12 win over Northampton before losing 27-13 at Sale.
