Guernsey Raiders lost their final match of 2015 as they went down 31-20 away at Chichester in National Three London.
Guernsey, who travelled with a squad of just 16 players because of injury problems, trailed 31-8 at half-time.
Owen Thomas's early penalty and a Dave Davison try accounted for the island side's first-half points.
But the Raiders out-scored their opponents after the break thanks to tries from Chris Ahne and Ned Brown as they stay seventh in the league.
