Wales' Nigel Owens will referee the European Champions Cup final between Racing 92 and Saracens on 14 May.
Owens will be in charge for a record fifth time at Grand Stade de Lyon, having overseen the top-tier final in 2008, 2009, 2012 and last season.
He will be assisted by Ireland's George Clancy and Leighton Hodges of Wales.
Ireland's John Lacey will referee the Challenge Cup final between Harlequins and Montpellier at the same venue on Friday, 13 May.
Owens, 44, is currently the most experienced official in the northern hemisphere and has refereed 103 European club games to date.
