@341 oh yeah like Ball, Anscombe and Francis? Seems like there are indeed many straws being clutched.
@319 ha, typical poor argument by an embarrassed English man clutching at straws. Being born somewhere and then moving back to your parents country at a very young age is not the same as spending the large majority of your life in that country then jumping ship like most of YOUR imports have. So please, stop that very feeble argument.
@333Surprises me that Jones hasn't picked up on these faults and dropped Farrell, equally surprising that coaches such as Hansen and Schmidt rate him so highly. Of course they dont know anywhere near as much about the game as you do now do they? We all know that Farrell is only in the team because his dad is part of the coaching staff, Oh wait......
338. RichardTI hate to burst some peoples bubbles here, it is true that Wales see England as close rivals, but your are just another game we have to win.-----If you say so but my experience of Wales (lived there, played rugby there, Welsh wife, Welsh in-laws, Welsh friends, Welsh relatives) says different.
I hate to burst some peoples bubbles here, it is true that Wales see England as close rivals, but your are just another game we have to win. There are fans who enjoy the 'hatred' thing but the vast majority of Welsh fans desire is to win all their games. England are on a great run and have some top players but in professional sport are no more important than the other 4 nations.
Hints for Eddie Jones re Cardiff :Wales are usually good even "poor team" grafts and plays "guerrilla rugby".RU is not just a game, like for NZ and SA almost a religion, small country can stand tall, being capped like joining a chivalric order.War masquarading as sport.Phil Bennett's in(famous) speech shows power of hate. For England just another game but cup final for Wales.
@333 No, Keane was a self serving, cantankerous player who didn't get on with teammates, referees or the opposition and was quite happy to end another players career. Farrell has his faults but he is not that bad and his better than your analysis of him as a player (and I am not his biggest fan).
No, never, God no.Come on WalesCymru am byth
6 nations are actually 4(GB/Ireland/France/Italy)
"Are Eddie Jones and Owen Farrell the new Ferguson and Keane?"No Keane was a world class player. Farrell is an average back with no pace or vision who wouldn't be in the team if someone else could kick goals.

@328 He's not running England he's running the rugby team after successes as Head Coach at clubs, for Australia and Japan. The question as to why Wales have had a series of New Zealand coaches for a country who produced Carwyn James and whose main sport is rugby would be the telling question.
