Jersey's Phil Sharp heads Solitaire du Figaro challenge

Jersey's Phil Sharp was the first British sailor to finish in the third leg of the Solitaire du Figaro.
Sharp completed the 475-mile course from Dun Laoghaire in Ireland to Les Sables d'Olonne on the west coast of France in 20th place.
He was up with the leaders for the majority of the race, until seaweed got caught in his keel.
The French sailor, Jeremie Beyou won and completed the race in two days, 20 hours and 39 minutes.
