Dramatic rescue keeps ocean racers on course

The crew of Puma's Mar Mostro describe the extreme measures taken to stay in the race after suffering a broken mast in the opening leg of the round-the-world Volvo Ocean Race.

The team were able to borrow enough fuel from passing tankers to motor to the island of Tristan da Cunha, from where the stricken craft was hoisted onboard a container ship and transported to Cape Town in time for the start of the second leg of the race.
