Joe Swail beaten in World Championship qualifiers

Joe Swail's hopes of playing at the World Snooker Championship in Sheffield are over after he was beaten in the qualifiers on Thursday.
Swail was edged out 10-7 by Mark Joyce who goes on to face Michael Holt for a place at the Crucible Theatre.
Twice world semi-finalist Swail beat India's Pankaj Advani and Adam Duffy in his previous qualifying matches.
Swail competed this season as an amateur and qualified for the recent Players Tour Championship finals.
